Community Features Terms of Use

1. Scope of community features

The Game lets players interact with certain content made public by other players. After playing against or experiencing another player's BOT, players may:

• Rate the BOT
• Give a score or ranking
• Write a comment about the BOT
• View public ratings and comments from other players
• Report inappropriate content or behavior

Comments are not designed as a direct-message or private-chat system between players.

2. User Generated Content

Any comment, rating, display name, or other content a player creates and publishes through the Game may be treated as User Generated Content (UGC).

You are responsible for the content you post. You may post only content you have the right to use, and it must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

When using comments or ratings, you must not post or engage in:

• Insults, threats, harassment, or bullying
• Content intended to humiliate, attack, or ridicule a person or group
• Hate speech or content that incites discrimination or violence
• Pornographic, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Content that exploits, endangers, or harms children
• Content encouraging self-harm or dangerous behavior
• Content promoting or instructing illegal activity
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or disruptive repetition
• Impersonation or deliberately misleading information
• Personal or private information about another person without permission
• Content that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights
• Attempts to evade the Game's moderation system or filters
• Anything that violates law or the distribution platform's applicable policies

4. Reporting content and users

If you find content or conduct that violates these Terms, use the Report feature available in the Game.

Do not abuse reporting to harass others or knowingly submit false reports. We may review reports and take appropriate action based on the content, severity, and violation history.

5. Blocking users

The Game may provide a Block feature that limits your ability to see or interact with another user's content.

Blocking a user does not necessarily remove that user's content from the system for everyone. We may change how blocking works to meet the Game's design and safety requirements.

6. Content moderation

We may moderate UGC to maintain a safe and appropriate gaming environment. Moderation may be automated, manual, or both. When necessary, we may:

• Hide or remove comments
• Refuse to publish content
• Limit commenting or rating privileges
• Warn users
• Temporarily or permanently suspend access to community features
• Suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
• Take other measures needed to protect users and the community

We may take these actions without prior notice when needed to protect users, comply with law, or meet distribution-platform requirements.

7. Rights in user content

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you create.

When you publish content through the Game, you grant us the rights needed to store, process, display, distribute, and moderate it as necessary to operate, protect, and improve the Game.

You confirm that posting the content does not violate the rights of any person or organization.

8. Safety and privacy

Do not post your own or anyone else's personal or sensitive information in comments, including:

• Home address
• Phone number
• Personal email address
• Passwords
• Account information
• Financial information
• Identification or other private information

9. User responsibilities

Use community features responsibly and respect other players. You agree not to use comments, ratings, or reports to:

• Harass other players
• Disrupt the community experience
• Manipulate ratings
• Spam
• Distribute prohibited content
• Bypass or disable moderation systems

10. Enforcement

Depending on the violation, we may take one or more of these actions:

• Remove or hide content
• Warn the user
• Temporarily disable commenting
• Restrict community features
• Temporarily suspend the account
• Terminate the account for serious or repeated violations

Content indicating a serious legal violation may be handled as required by competent authorities and applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Game, community features, legal requirements, or platform policies change.

The latest version will be available through the Game or its official information page. Where renewed consent is required, we may ask you to accept the updated version before continuing to use community features.
